Meest Corporation, Inc. provides “drop off” agents throughout the USA, where individuals may personally bring their packages to, as well as provide UPS/Fedex delivery from your home to your nearest Regional Office.
There is a wide network of MEEST representatives in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, and other countries. To locate a representative in your area, call the toll free number 1-800 288-9949.
Dropping off a package:
- Once you have located a local Meest agent in your area, please call them ahead to obtain hours of operation and directions. At the time of your visit, they will weigh the package, request that a Ukraine Customs Form be completed, and will accept payment arrangements by check or cash. A package tracking number will be provided with a receipt at that time.
- When dropping off your package, please be sure to attach an Orphanage Mailing Label to the top front of each package, using clear strapping tape. Your agent will take care of the rest.
When sending a package to Meest through UPS/FEDEX:
- Before shipping your package to your nearest Meest Regional Office, please contact them ahead of time to request a “UPS Label & Ukraine Customs Form” for each package. Or visit the Meest website for Fedex Shipping to their main office and warehouse in Elizabeth, NJ.
- Place your Orphanage Mailing Label and completed Ukraine Customs Form into an envelope addressed to “Meest” and strap it well to the top front of your package with clear strapping tape.
- Affix the UPS label above this envelope.
- Upon receipt, Meest will weigh your package and will send a payment invoice to you along with your tracking number. The cost for UPS shipping will be included in the total.
- Many Meest locations offer a charitable shipping rate if you ask.
