An Orphan Smiles, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established as a corporation in the state of Pennsylvania on August 14, 2008. Our tax ID # is 26-3211721. All donatios are tax deductible to the maximum extent allowable by the IRS charitable donations guidelines.

We are able to fund our low administrative costs through innovative Fundraisers and through donations made specifically for administrative purposes. We have a network of dedicated and generous volunteers who donate their time and talents which allows us to use our financial resources for the children.
